PARKS AND RESERVES: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE: SURROUNDINGS

A usual activity during the stay at Masai Mara is a visit to one of the numerous Maasai villages or enkang lying around. If you travel on an organised tour, you won't get off without it. Keep in mind that you will not meet the true life of the Maasai, but a nice and costly setup tailored for tourists. In any case, be respectful at all times. And if you end up feeling disappointed or uncomfortable with the experience, at least you were warned.
